We do not currently impose a limit on the number of help requests you can make. Two requests are guaranteed per month in our priority queue, see below for how our queue system works.
You are guaranteed two WordPress help requests per month which are handled in our priority queue. This means the request is usually completed in 48 hours or less. Subsequent requests each month are not guaranteed and handled in our standard queue and may take a more extended time to complete depending on their complexity and tecb availability.
Requests to troubleshoot a malfunctioning site always receive the highest priority. When your site is not loading, loading slowly or has broken functionality, we begin troubleshooting it immediately. Our extensive monitoring of the health of your site allows us to prevent common issues and resolve the ones that do occur with minimal disruption.
Our research has found that the WordPress technical help most commonly needed by bloggers can be completed in under 30 minutes. We also want to keep our plans affordable for most bloggers therefore we limit requests to 30 minutes each. If you have a more complicated task, see the next answer below.

We are not taking design requests at this time. If you would like a recommendation for a designer, please contact support and we can refer you to designers we have used in the past or referred other customers to.
